What supplements do I need to help my muscles grow?
If you are in doubt, take an hour every morning to do a little stretching and muscle activation (aka muscle endurance) on your neck and shoulders. If you are a beginner, start by doing 1-3 reps with a very light weight for 2-4 minutes, and increase gradually to 2-4x for 10-20 minutes. The goal is to increase your muscle strength and the length of your neck.
A supplement that I always recommend is Kangertech Muscle Milk. This is a blend of whey, eggs, and gelatin that is loaded with calcium, protein, and creatine.
